In at the start
You help open a small hotel built around accessibility from day one, and you have a say in how it runs.
Trained before the first guest
Before we open, the whole team is trained in accessible hospitality: how to communicate well, how to assist, and when to simply let someone get on with it.
Accessible backstage too
Staff areas are just as accessible as the guest rooms. Colleagues with a disability are welcome in every job.
